pregnant with my ex-lover's baby

i had a dream about this guy that i've been in love with for almost 4 years. he knows that i loved him once even thogh he doesnt love me. we slept together but evantually we grew apart on his request. a couple of years back we started talking again but i told him i don't love him anymore even though i do just so i can have him in my life somehow. recently we keep arguing becuase he thinks i still have feelings for him. he still doesn't love me. so i had this dream last night that i was pregnant with his baby, even though i was supposed to go into labor at any moment my tummy was not that big and i didnt really feel pregnant. my parents went out somewhere and i was hoping he'll come back with them as a surprise to me. in the dream we were not fighting or anything like that. anyway, i remember that because my water could break at any moment i took off my jeans so they dont get ruined and i remember telling myself i should start feeling contractions any minute and how i'm about to experience somehting completely new to me. i didnt give birth in the dream and i don't remember than i saw him but i remember i was calm and not worried, just a little anxious about how birth will be like.
i'd appreciate it if anyone can help me descipher this dream! thank you
