A reoccurring dream I have had for years. The future?

There are bright flashing lights, I see a shooting star. Then I am in a carriage- like a train carriage. Sitting beside the window watching the world go blurry through the windows as the train gets faster. I have a note book & I'm scribbling down notes of some kind. I feel older.

Then I arrive at this conference I wear a elegant long blue dress, my hair is curly & I have a rose in it. I have to go up to box with microphones on stage and talk to hundreds maybe thousands of people. I do it fine... but in reoccurring dreams I realise that it is a dream and try to figure what is going on. I see a logo of the world and the conference all seems very political, and of great importance.

After I go for a walk and end up at the beach, the skies are grey and the waves are crashing in but I love it. I take the rose from my hair & put it into the sea, somehow although the tide is crashing in the rose rides out into the sea, I watch it until I see it no longer. The whole time I have this feeling that I have accomplished something major I set out to do (yet it is only the beginning of something), but I miss someone or I want them to know that it is done.

I have had this dream for years, it randomly comes when I least expect it. If anyone can give me their view on it I’d be very thankful!

Hello Shooting Star...

Your dream seems to represent how you view life as a whole. You seem very excited about making an impact in this world. Although life seems to be very fast at times...and often blurry....you feel okay with this. You are confident in your skills and are trying to prepare yourself the best way that you can for any challenges. In fact...you welcome the challenges (waves and gray skies)...because you understand the need for such friction in life for appropriate learning. Your dream certainly seems to suggest that despite the battles that you have faced...or may face...that you feel that you are strong enough to survive it. The feeling you get at the ocean...of missing someone or wanting them to know that it is done...well...makes me wonder if you lost a family member...and that you want to make your life the best it can be...so his/her death is not in vain. I am with shirah but I would like to add a couple of thoughts...I think that Shirah is on track but in addition, the dream and all it's symbolism has evolved into something so much more than it's initial meaning for you. Initially the dream was a statement from your subconscious mind that related to a loss that you suffered (in some way) and positive change (a rebirth of sorts) that resulted.
At this time in your life the dream likely replays for one or both reasons as follows...One, as a memory of the loss that you suffered and the change within you, that resulted (as I have already mentioned); AND in addition, your subconscious mind has adopted this dream as a standard, that acknowledges other times in your life that you feel empowered as a result of change. The loss may very well be a real life instance (such as a loss of a friend or relative) or it may even be figurative in it's meaning. Example...an old way of life is dead, and the dream of rebirth plays as a result of moving on to a new job, a new love etc. What I am saying is that it is pretty common for the mind to play a certain dream that it has already played, in order to once again make the same point (acknowledging feelings and emotions that you experience anytime you go through change and morn the old ways).

Dreams are incubated or triggered. In my experience, this type of dream, that you are having, is not one that randomly recurs it is triggered by someone or something.

Hi,
A train means a work place as big as the seats of the carriage.
Writting means benefits.
A rose without root means a sorrow on your dignity and money( hair).
Walking to the beach means achieving a wish, The ocean means a big boss or the government , waves mean benefits from it.
Putting a rose on the ocean means your child or partner will work for that big organization.
