always dreaming of nukes!

hi im 28 and from derbyshire england, and for some reason im always dreaming about something related to nuclear weapons,power,fallout, its a quite disturbing at times and most times i way up in a cold sweat! in most cases its a nuclear war! one minute im stood in the street the next bomb,s are going of all around me,but im the only one that does not get hurt! i can stand in the middle of the fire yet i dont get burnt but i can feel the heat. i watch as everyone dies and im all alone,then i start to worrie about dying from nuclear fallout which is compleatly stupid because i just walked through a nuclear fire!.i know it sounds like something from the terminator and i feel stupid when i compare the two. just reacently the dreams are becoming so intense and vivid i dont want to go sleep for fear of having the same dream.because the dreams are so fluent i actuly realise im having the same dream while im dreaming and try to wake up. somtimes it works other times it doesnt! if i dont find out what the hell these mean i fear ill never stop having them! and im gonna go crazy!! please can anyone help me!!!
