Animals escaping and being tied up

The dream begins with myself, my lover, my mother, and an unknown person traveling in an RV. In the RV with us are about 30 rabbits, 3 giraffes, and a ton of different lizards. We park the RV and all the rabbits run out the door.. I go hopping around the property to catch them all. My lover leads the 3 giraffes out and proceeds to tie them to corners of the property. Then the lizards run out of the RV.
I ask my lover why he is tying the giraffes up and all is says is that they need to be separated. There is no other talking in the dream.
I catch all the bunnies and return them to the RV.
I then leave walking away down a dirt road. Leaving my lover sitting on the porch with my mother and grandfather (don't know when he got there).
Then I wake up.

I've had this same dream at least 10 times in the last two weeks. It is a fairly new relationship, but with someone that I have been friends with for about 5 years. Also, I should mention that I have two pet rabbits.

Any interpretation would be appreciated because I can't seem to put the whole dream together.

Well animals are unlike humans in that they are animals(I am sure you will not disagree with that lol). Humans tend to be more human and their behavior tends to be more linked to conventions and restrictions. We curb the worst excesses of our behavior. But we also restrict ourselves in general. We hide our true feelings. Animals tend to be more instinctive,. They do what they think. They do what comes naturally. They show anger in ways that humans do not. So maybe these dreams are about you finding a more instinctive animal like way of behaving within your relationship

I had a dream that I found a stray cat. I wanted to take her home but as I pick her the cat bit me on the hand scratched me. I was really frightened as I saw her teeth dig on my skin. Cats are my favorite pet I just don't understand why I had this dream.

Wow, that sounds like one of my off the wall dreams.

You may have too many irons in the fire ( the rabbits are something you are familiar with = relationships and the friend ) Yet, you are unsure how to proceed or if you should ( all the other creatures you do not know how to care for or capture). You are on the move (RV) and I'll bet you are close to one or both your grandparents.

Time to seek for relationship advice from someone. Then again, that all sounds to simple. What do I know

Consider the RV to be symbolic of the fact that this dream represents some situation that is temporary (in some way). The lover/giraffe connection indicates that your lover is somewhat watchful or keeping watch over you (likely regarding a recent development or situation you are currently or have recently undergone.
The rabbits, getting loose may connote a connection to becoming pregnant or perhaps a false alarm in that regard. The lizards running out...symbolize that for a while you were (or someone was simply not in the mood for love). It looks as is someone is disappointed for what has gone on (or not gone on as the case may be).
Now if you are not in a physically intimate relationship as of yet the dream symbolizes that you are in the midst of change, and have likely thrown your lover a curve, in so much as he is in wait and see what is happening or cautionary state of mind?? One thing is sure...this does have to do with sexual drive, and possibilities that can be experienced as a result of intimacy and expectations thereof.

Thank you... actually this interpretation seems to fit, well except the rabbit part... but I guess ya never know, lol.

We are physically intimate, but the part about being in a cautionary state of mind seems appropriate.. we tried in the past to have a relationship, but it didn't work in the past, I don't think it was the right time then for either of us... now things are different for both of us.
The lizards... yes, I can admit that I don't think either of us were looking for anything relationship-wise... we've always been excellent friends though. And he's always been a sort-of protector.. your giraffe reference...
As to the temporary status... I guess that's where we are now in our relationship... trying to see where things end up, so to speak.
