Terrifying dream.. sooo real...

So I had this horrifying dream last night, It was one of those ones that felt so real and you wake up and still can't believe it was only a dream
well of course now I can hardly remember any of it but I remember the important things,
All I remember is My boyfriend of 3 years had been in a car accident and everyone was telling me to take him off life support because he was brain dead and he would be a vegtable, I said no I cant he is all I have, I have no family, his mother then said dont worry you are our family now and we will take care of you, after she said that I took him off life support ( and I dont know why it was my choice and not his mother but... anyways) and then he died, I was part of my mother in laws family for about 10 minutes and then she told me to F**k myself and that I am a B**ch and she never wanted me in her family, I was all alone and the worst part was my boyfriend was dead, I remember that feeling and it was horrible. I woke up and apparently was bawling and freezing cold my boyfriend had to wrap me up in blankets...
what can this mean?

sometimes we may get a dream of someone dying. It shows us just hoiw important that person is to us? Maybe its about that.
