wedding but i dont want him/grandma talking

okay I had a two part dream.

the first part had me getting married to a guy I didn't want and although I don't show up to the wedding, they have the wedding without me and everyone is congratulating me on the marriage. seems as though my parents accepting him for me in my absence and I look at the guy that im supposedly married to and just don't want him.

I want and think of my boyfriend and how I wish I would have married him. everyone is now waiting for me to come to the reception but I keep looking for something to wear and never go. my grandma (who is still alive) then appears in the room that I am now throwing clothes around in and looks at my hand and says she sees I still have the ring she bought! (ironically my grandma never bought me a ring or any jewelry).

I then realize im now in my house now and under the impression that some guy is in my house and I wake up (this is the same time my daughter happens to come tell me about her dream)

very weird.

sounds like you are embarking on a new pahase of life reluctantly. YOu know it seems proper, but are doing it in a lackadaisical and apathetic way rather than engaging in it.

You maay be too distracted with what you wish occured as opposed to what is occuring in your life.

if this is right, then what your daughter may be doing is learning from you to see the th e normal esablished ways to proceed in life as something that is distasteful, and intrusive.

Your daughter may be watching you struggle with these issues.

now another big if, would be if your friend is aware of some issues in your life, or she is realizing you are caught up in your own issues and ar not there to stop your daughter, or protect he, from falling from the staright and narrow path of an orderly life.
