Long and confusing..

I have this dream where I am in a small house, much like my kitchen & utility room together, except the kitchen was a living room. I am with a party of adventurers, the adventurers are really obscure except a samurai character from an anime I watch. I have this list of things I need to do to get something, or reach somwhere. First I needed to brew some tea, then destroy this painting of a dragon knight in the utility room, then destroy an obscure painting in the living room, preferably with a sword. And finally break down this closet door with a cannon to get inside, unfortunately, I seem to have dropped my cannon earilier for inventory space. I kept checking the list so I would remember, then asked this samurai for some tea, seeing as I had none. All he did was say "I don't have tea, but I have this cheese for you instead" And I take the cheese, which looks like normal cheese, but also looks like brown flaky cheese. I have a little cutscene of an evil mastermind deciding which of these two visions of cheese is stilton. Then when I'm about to try this list, I suddenly appear in a courtyard or something, with lots of items. If I use one of these items I will become a certain class/rank, There was an item I could use which seemed kinda blurry, a cannon turret to become a dragon knight, and a computer to become a scientist. After becoming a scientist I mixed salt with a hamster in a jar and a little message said at the top, "labelled red ___" I'm unsure what the ___ was, so i left it blank...

I'm not really good at interpreting... Anyway, it sounds like you really like games/anime, so thats why they were present (obvius part lol) then that you were mixing it with reality, and the first reaction were destroying a painting, wouldn't that be some sort of yourself seeing the life your in as plastic and wanting to destroy it by using the materials (in this case anime) you like the most?

Long story short, your dream deals with a trait that you have. Namely that you are rather good at avoiding the reality of dealing with business or baggage that has seemingly piled up i your waking life. In reality you even become somewhat defensive when you give in and must deal with reality. You would rather escape than deal with what is in the closet.
Really the dream is pretty straight forward.
