Confusing dream

A couple days ago I had a dream that I was standing at the bottom of a staircase with a woman that I am very attracted to. I picked her up in my arms and began assending the staircase. I was aware of the need to watch my step so I didn't trip. When I got to the top of the stairs I turned the corner into a bedroom, placed her in the bed and tucked her in. I was about to leave the room but I had to turn back to kiss her hand and make sure she was comfortable. After making sure of this I went back downstairs to the living room to watch tv. Shortly after I was called into the kitchen by a cute blonde wearing a towel. She was holding an apple and I offered to cut it for her. As I cut into the apple the rot was evident as greenish liquid oozed out. (I of course can see the biblical conotation of the forbidden fruit here.) Seeing the rot I instantly threw the apple in the trash and offered her some hot dogs (lol) I had cooked earlier. She agreed to the substitution as she dropped her towel. I picked up the towel and averted my eyes as I wrapped the towel back around her. She asked what was wrong and I told her that I was a gentleman and gentlemen have the ability to practice self control, to which she responded with a remark on men always putting the burden on women to make the first move. She said "In that case my room is right up the stairs to the right." The opposite direction of the girl I had carried up the stairs. As the thought of her entered my mind I turned away from the blonde and woke up. Just kind of need some clarification. I understand parts of the dream but then there are parts like carrying her up a flight of stairs that confuse me.

The mind is constantly at work in many areas of our lives, in some more apparent than others. In the process of living our lives we see traits (both physical traits and character traits) in the opposite sex that are very attractive to us. Along with everything else it does, the subconscious mind makes note and files these traits away. They become the reference that we use when determining weather a person of the opposite sex is attractive or not. Apparently you have finished your compilation of such a woman and are discovered that this new person that the subconscious mind offers you in the kitchen (symbolic for the center of personal creativity) is not on that list.

Having picked up the first woman, and carried her up etc. (along with other comments you made about her) show you that you have established certain criteria in mind when it comes to what it attractive in a woman. Putting her to bed, or tucking her in, shows that you have indeed made up your mind as to the kind of woman that you are attracted to and that you would like to have present in your life. Some would say that you are set in your ways.

The blond who offers herself to you, shows that you realize that there are alternatives but that you have established the perfect wonderful woman and apparently the blond is no contest when it comes to the one upstairs. This aspect of your dream also explores the notion that you are aware, loyal and true to self, when it comes to feeling confident about that which you have made up your mind about.
Reading more into this, on the broader scope of what it might tell you about yourself would be. That you are becoming perhaps more of a long term person, who tends to make choices based on long term happiness and not what might make you happy today only. You are likely, loyal to yourself and to your friends. You are a person who would rather "do without" than "settle for".
Perhaps you already knew these things about yourself. Why would you have such a dream if you already knew this? The subconscious often reiterates, on a spaced repetition basis, our priorities and our selections in life. It gives us a chance to change that which we we have chosen, that which is etched in stone in our minds. In your case it might be just that, but it also might be a dream that was incubated as a result of a waking life situation, one that may have had you wondering, am I still as attractive to women as I once was, or maybe testing your fortitude and loyalty to a woman that you may have already selected and have lifetime commitment to as if to say...I have other chances but I am with the woman of my dreams already??

Not meaning to make this about me, but many of my dreams of this sort have me always thinking, and then selecting my wife, who is the woman of my dreams...nevertheless it is a dream that makes me feel attractive, a dream that lets me know that I still have it when it comes to being attractive to other women, but that I have already selected that person and I feel confident in my real life selection. In my dream, I always say to the woman making advances to me, thank you for choosing me, but I have already made my selection (weather my wife is actually in the dream or not). I always tell the woman thank you, you are beautiful and you have made my day!...and that is when I tell her that I have already chosen. Some times it is really a test, at least that is the way that I feel when I wake. I always make my choice in my dream just the way I would do in waking life.

After having told others about this type of dream that I have on occasion, I am always criticized...they say, hey it was just a dream, do what you want. I always say, I did!! While I am really tempted in my dream (because my dreaming mind comes up with some incredible beauties), I always make the choice knowing down deep that this a choice that I make in waking life, or in dreams. When I wake and think about such a dream, I renew my romantic feelings for my wife, thinking about all the things that make me feel the way that I feel about her, renewing my attraction for the total person that she is.

Too bad that she does not read anything that I write on this site. Ha!

If dreamt was going up stairs or a ladder, means will have some dignity ******specially if the stairs was of soil.
If the stairs was of chalk means a fault in his belief but will have dignity in the material affairs.
If dreamt went up to the sky and didn't come back means a death danger.
If dreamt went to the sky and was back means will get ill and will cure.
