ship in storm

hello,

Hope someone can help with this last dream i had-

I was on a ship and i saw my dad who was coming in from one section of the boat to the general seating area. he took this white piece of plastic out of his mouth and rested it on the shelf - he said it was a tracking devise. he then went to the next section of the boat. i went with him and i passed my cousin who was with her kids and she was mad at my dad for tacking out his tracking devise.

the strange part was my cousin has not seen my dad in over 25 years - she is from my moms side of the family and my mom and dad are divorced.

i go to the other section of the boat and it is an out door section - we then hit this huge storm and my son and wife are there - the storm is so bad i can feel the boat about to flip over on itself. it gets higher and higher. after the third wave - which was huge! my son just vanishes into thin air - my wife is gone and i am pinned in my chair underwater - i tellmyself "don't panic" and i try to get my self out - i then wake up.

any help will be approciated.

This one is pretty straight forward, you sense stormy seas (so to speak), if your dad tries to reunite with family that he has distanced himself from.

Hi Coley,
Have you ever been seasick? I think your dream was about you feeing like throwing up in your sleep. Dreams sometimes transpose ones problem onto a target. In your case your father taking something out of his mouth probably indicates that you were feeling nausea, and as sickness comes and goes your dream moderates by calling false teeth a tracking device. However eventually you had to be woken up with the nightmare.

Well sometimes problems can be depicted in dreams in symbols. Its like a little play that perfectly pinpoints some emotion that has become prominent in your mind.

The various characters in the dream... your father and cousin could represent different strands of your own family. Your family maybe under pressure.
