Unusual

I have been dreaming unusual dreams for a while. Some being nightmares, 1 which came true. But I am seeking peoples opinions on this one particular dream.
On the 6.6.08 I was closed my eyes while lying next to my wife when I was stood in a city with tall buildings. Where this dream differs from my normal dreams, I could move by my own will. The city had lots of lights and reminded of city in america. I was walking along when dragons where flying through the sky. I turned to them and I did not feel afraid. I held my hands up to the dragons and fire erupted from my hands and engulfed the dragons? ... then my wife woke me. I was a little bit upset with my wife because in the dream I felt more alive then I have in a long time. I did not feel scared in the dream and little bit of me felt I had come home.
Has anyone got any ideas whether I`m just insane or if there are any meanings behind this.

I am almost tempted to say that you have had 'one over the eight' or that you have been watching too many video games but the power over dragons could indicate a social battle won or overcome; only you would know what this situation is in your real life; probably one that has been ongoing for some time but, I am guessing.

Dragons are enemies, and fire erupting from your hand may mean defeating a few enemies..


Dragon means a powerful enemy.
If one dreamt had a dragon as a pet means he will acquaint some big people.
If dreamt was fighting a dragon and defeated it means will fight an enemy and will defeat him.
If dreamt killed the dragon and had its flesh, means will overcome the enemy and will have money to spend.
If dreamt dragon ate him there is a death danger by an illness.
If dreamt he was on back of a dragon riding means a big enemy will obey him.

I am having counselling at the moment because I have had a bit of a rough time recently. Part of my problems are associated with finally putting my past problems behind me. These are associated with my mum and dad. I am now cutting the hold that they have on me. Thankyou for your response

This dream explores the need that you have to express your emotions and to be heard, when you do express yourself. I am not talking about being just listened to , I am talking about really being heard and understood. This is so very important to you as it allows you to feel complete!

In this dream, it felt like no other dream I have. I felt alive and could decide what I wanted to do and I did not feel asleep. Why would I feel awake and so alive when I really am asleep. The place felt real as well. I have dreamt dreams when I am talking to people who have died and then it has dawned on me that this is so. In dreams I feel like I`m walking a path that is already decided for me and I experience what it is to experience fear, anger, love, lust, hope,etc. But in the dream I have described I was moving round like I was in real life.
