Could someone please help me.

Hey,

I havent done this before, but i really need help.

In my dreams, i always see a little girl. Ive seen her before, not only in my dreams. She isnt pleasant to look at.... She looks alot like the girl from the movie, "The Ring".

Anyway, She's becoming more common im my dreams, last night i drempt i was in my room and the door was open, all of a sudden, this little girl ran past my door and stopped right in front of my parents door and whispered, "Im here."
I got a huge scare in my dream and when i turned to get a better look, all i saw was my younger brother, and he was really cheerfull and happy.

My other dream was before this one, I was going down a stairwell with my mum, my cousin and my other younger brother...
We were all arguing who can see ghosts in a small dark room at the bottom of the stairwell, with a single desk and chair. we all came to the conclusion that I could see ghosts and communicate with them. After a small pause, a frightening feeling came over us and we felt as if something was comming, as if they were watching us. so we rushed out of the room, back up the stairwell, and i told everyone not to look down, my mum did though. When i looked down, The decrepit girl was looking up at me and making funny noises like a zombie, and i woke up with a huge scare and i couldnt get to sleep for a LONG time. When i woke, i also heard screaming, but only i heard it.

Like i said, i dont only see her in my dreams, sometimes it feels as if shes walking behind me when im walking down a corridor... especially when a door is open to a dark room behind me. Sometimes i see her, just peeking out in the mirror from somewhere.


If someone could please help me, Id be so glad! I really want to know what she has to do with me...

The ghost is most often the subconscious mind's way of saying, "now we are looking at something from your past". In the context shown and from what you have said this dream is about the feelings that you feel about your brothers entre into you and your families life. This is so common. Things were going fine until "He" arrived, and started messing up things. This is the basis for sibling rivalry. sometimes it occurs and sometimes it is repressed. One way or another it is always a factor in the life of the sibling that came just before (speaking of you).

a few years ago. In fact, almost identical to your experiences. And it was the same little girl from the ring. Like you, my daughter is also energetically aware, meaning she is intuitively aware of subtle energies and is, therefore, psychic. She feels energy and sees shadows and ghosts. The psychic phenomenon is something many of my ancestors have experienced right up to my great, great grandfather. Blessing or a curse? Who knows. Probably both.

When you possess any type of psychic abilities it becomes difficult to distinguish between that which is materially real and that which is imaginatively real. The lines between fact and fiction blur. My guess is because you saw this movie your imagination, which knows little difference between materially real and imaginatively real, is trying to convince you the unreal is real. Your imagination has to be open to infinite possibilities otherwise you will never develop your psychic abilities. However, you must learn to distinguish between what is real and what is not. Distinguishing between fact and fiction is tricky because it relies heavily on our belief system. If you choose to believe fiction is not real you close some of the doors, if not all depending on how strong your belief system is, to your psychic abilities. Conversely, if you believe all possibilities as truth you will never be able to distinguish the difference and will always feel lost like you are living on the outer fringes of reality.

Think back to when you saw the movie. What were your thoughts and feelings about this little girl? Obviously something about her scared you. Look to your fears and wade deeply in them to discover what is real and what is not, for you. Each of us contains our own version of reality which is created by the blending of individual and collective thoughts. Reality, therefore, begins in your own mind starting with your own thoughts. Examine your thoughts and underlying emotions.

What has happened recently in your day to day that has caused you to feel nervous, jittery, doubtful, or afraid? How might this little girl communicate your fears to you? What are the things you fear about yourself? How are they similar to the little girl? How are they different?

In reality, does your mother, cousin and younger brother think you are psychic? Do you want to be psychic? Do you want to have special powers that make you unique from others? Do you suffer from feelings of uncertainty or rejection from a friend or a guy you like? Do you feel a lot of pressure from school, your parents, or life?

My daughter experienced similar events as you during a difficult time in her life. She too caught glimpses of her in the mirror. Often. At the time, my daughter really liked a boy with whom she had no clue as to whether or not he liked her in return. Consequently, she felt uncertain of herself. Furthermore, the more independent she tried to become from me and her father and the rest of the authoritative world, the more fearful she felt and the more ghosts and energies she picked up on and attracted to her. Almost as if manifesting or projecting her own fears onto other images.

What would it mean to you if this little girl was real? How would it change the way you see yourself or the world around you? I always find it funny because the first thought we have when visited by otherly beings is, what do they want from me? Yet the real question we should be asking is, what do you want from them that we would attract them to us?

I don't know if any of this helps, but I'm hopeful something I said might.

It does look as if you are seeing the reflection of yourself; it is a part of yourself that you do not like and you have excluded this aspect from your life as if denying its existence. Whenever some hurtful emotion is suppressed it jumps back up at unexpected moments and grabs one by the jugular. I subscribe to Sailrmc's view except that I suspect that the cause of this shock in your infancy is more connected to trauma than that connected to the birth of a sibling but then I stand to be corrected.
