Hello dear friends. I've been experiencing quite surreal dreams and the ones below are a couple of them and I saw the past two days.
Last Friday, I saw a beloved friend of mine, who has passed away a year ago. We were attending a family feast and everybody looked genuinely happy and they talked to him as if he had never left us. He used to keep his head shaved but he appeard with short brown hair in my dream. When I saw him I bursted out in tears and asked him where he has been all this time. He turned to me and said "well, I've always been around around dear" and kept on chatting with friends and relatives. I couldn't stop crying. Then I woke up. In 15 days from now we'll be having a memorial service for the first anniversary since his death. Today, early in the morning I saw a fellow work associate of mine (he's paying me for outsourcing design services and he's much older than me in real life.) While enjoying a friendly conversation I kicked him in his buttocks! Next thing I know, I'm hanging out with a good female friend of mine. A rapist is chasing her. He manages to tie her down against a chair and left her there. He didn't rape her. I witnessed the incident behind blinds and did nothing. After a while, I caught the rapist at a restroom. I told him to let go off my friend. He approached me with a pocket knife and cut my throat through and through. It felt like dying and I was heading to the floor in slow motion. While falling I was thinking to myself "so this is how it feels when you're dying" and I felt relieved! I didn't feel any pain, it felt good and refreshing though I was actually dying. I woke up at 5.00 in the morning, coughing. I would deeply appreciate any kind of insight for all the above. Thank you so much for the interest. Warm greetings from Greece! |

Hi,
You dreamt a deceased person alive is a symbol that means something forgotten or get impossible for you will be ok. You kicked someone means you will get ill. Bathroom is a symbol for money affairs. Someone cut your throat , if you were not decapitated means someone will do you a favor, and you died means a problem of you will be solved. Good luck. approximate interpretation time table: Dreams at noon or exactly at midnight( In the summer time 13 at noon and 1 midnight else at 12)in the same day if past a few minutes, a few days later. Dreams at 10-11 in the morning in 15-30 days later. Also dreams at 3-4 in the evening in 1-2 months .Dreams in the sunset mostly are not truthful and are messed, they have no interpretations, Dreams at 4-5 in the morning in a few days to 2 months some dreams in the holy books( Josef dream of kneeling the sun and the moon and 11 stars)was interpreted after 20 years and other dreams of the Pharaoh's prisoners interpreted in the same day and after 7 years. Dream of Pharaoh about the 7 thin cows and 7 fat cows interpreted from the next year to 14 years. Also dreams in 6th of the month will interpret after 1-2 days, in 9th at the same day, in 10th after 20 days, in 13th after 9 days in 14th after 26 days and in 15th after 3 days, in 16th after 2 days and in 28th ,29th ,30th in the same day, but these are solar (Persian months and you should refer to a calendar or convert them) . Of course there are different kinds of dreams , like messy dreams which have no interpretations or deja vu dreams, or psychological dreams or dreams which are caused by bad food or drinks

Hi
well your dreams seem to be of different types. Often wehn we sleep we detect bodily movements and feelings. If we wake up coughing then it would be expected that some sort of symbolism would link to that coughing fit in the morning as your mind recognizes the coughing. The throat is roughly linked to the coughing. The bad symbol simply perhaops represents those bad feelings. I always find dreams about deceased people difficult. I believe in some psychic powers and do not dismiss the ability to talk to people in some sort of spiritual realm. yet its not something that I can prove so do not really like to speculate. Your dream may be some form of telepathy with a long lost friend. It may though simply represent your own feelings. Yet either way it shows that you have a deep and lasting connection ------------------------ When you get a dream think carefully about which direction you are currently looking. Are you looking back towards yesterday and something that happened and how you reacted. Or are you looking forward to the day to come. If you are looking forward then its likely the dream is about some thoughts or fears about the day to come. It seems like you're thinking about death a lot lately. Probably because your friend died almost a year ago and since its almost a year since his death, you are thinking about him and death a lot and coming to terms with these things.
As for your dream involving the rapist. When the rapist tied her down and you saw that this was happening, you say you didn't do anything. Was it because you couldn't do anything because the situation didn't allow you to do anything, or was it because you were afraid because you knew he had a weapon? Maybe this dream means that you are seeing some sort of injustice but you think you're not doing enough about it or you feel helpless about the situation, and if you continue to not do anything, you could be the victim of this injustice. Just a guess.... Quote:

As far as my deceased friend is concerned, we did have a strong connection and I think about him quite often. I'm concerned about his well-being and all his friends and family are trying to cope with his loss the best way they can.. It was so sudden and he was so young. But I guess that's the way it was meant to be. |

So anyway, I do sense these days more than ever the grievances and the inequities of the world that surrounds me. And indeed I feel inadequate sometimes, or too small to fight it back. I don't feel like a victim, but there are sometimes that I feel overprivileged. |

Well the bad symbol would be the rapist. Though to be honest it does seem a rather extreme symbol. But it would not be the first time a drteam used a totally bizzare symbol.
Dreams can be premonitions. But many dreams that seem like premonitions may simply be about situations and feelings from yesterday (as we think over the previous days events). So it’s best to assume that a dream is about the day before and is personal and psychological in its origin. It’s easy to jump to conclusions about premonitions. Generally it’s best to wait and see. In truth it’s not easy to interpret a dream especially if its not your own. A dream symbol may often link to various meanings that we can obtain from an ordinary dictionary. Dream symbols then are used as words. A famous person may symbolize a situation where you are made to feel special. So see how you felt special or wished to feel special. But the trouble is that the words (symbols) that dreams use are difficult to understand both on their own and together (as a set of dream symbols). Think of the word famous. Does a dream with a famous person make it easy to understand the meaning of the dream? The answer has to be no. Firstly, a famous person may link too many meaning commonly used in ordinary dictionaries. Think of the many different contexts that the word appears: "Those were his famous last words"; "He made me feel special and important - I felt like a film star"; "I really wish to become famous". So making sweeping judgments about dream symbols is pointless. A dream symbol is used in so many contexts and in such a sophisticated way that you really have to interpret it with caution. But the study of dreams is not so pointless. We can by experience understand that dreams are very much of the moment. Dreams are linked to the way the mind studies situations. They are linked to our intuitions. The dream mind is also conceptual in its thinking so expect whatever comes out of it to be an idea or well thought out feeling. Actually the best way to interpret a dream is to write down several sentences which sum up your current feelings about yesterdays events. Add some more sentences which capture your feelings about the day to come and the future in general. You will probably end up with three or four sentences such as "I really hate the way that my sister gets me to take the blame" or "I feel really worried about my exam tomorrow" or "I wonder if my friend is unhappy as she is very quiet and acting oddly right now". It’s likely that one of these conceptual thoughts is the dreams actual meaning. Try to spot links with the dream symbols various meanings and real life. If two or three symbols match up then you have a possible interpretation. It’s still not easy. A dream may not contain any direct connection to the situation it is about.
