Fighting with an animal of Dog face & Lion's body

This was just a part of my dreams that I could recollect.

I saw myself driving along a coast road but from not within the vehicle, but a telescopic view. It looked like a jungle with majority of coconut trees, reaching up to the sea shore. The sea looked calm and pleasant.

When I was walking through the coconut tree jungle, I could notice a different animal with a (almost 90 %) dog's face and lions body just looking at me from the trunks of the trees. It gave me a feeling that it is following me. Then, I started driving it away by holding the coconut leaf sheaths as a guard and fighting with it.

Thats all I could recollect... any interpretations

The sea looked calm and pleasant At this time you are in a state of calm but you have within you, the ability to cope. In the context of what you have provided that which I have just said is a more precise meaning, however, by taking a step back and being less specific in the translation of this line that you have written I see benefit in including that perspective also... So, the type of trees that you see but focusing on the collection of trees (indicating the natural forces within you that AND OR of others important to you...symbolizes the natural forces within you that allows for the awareness and the ability to intuit your own personal growth relative to those in your life. .

I could notice a different animal with a (almost 90 %) dog's face and lions body just looking at me from the trunks of the trees.This is the major focus of the dream, this role player of dog and lion...and it represents someone, again I will say very close to you, who is at times unpredictable as far as mood swings are concerned. This person is likely male (unless the lion was a lioness) It gave me a feeling that it is following me. Indicating an awareness that you are having that someone( in reality) who hangs a bit close to you Then, I started driving it away by holding the coconut leaf sheaths as a guard and fighting with it.Your subconscious mind brings the awareness to you that you drive this person away (in know it is pretty straight forward...If you do drive someone close to you away, ( someone with an attitude and an unpredictable mood swings, who is male) then you might ask yourself why you do this. This dream is not judgmental saying that you should drive this person away...it is just saying that you tend to drive this person away. If you were in danger the dream would have displayed vivid colors, Red in a threatening way...perhaps an overwhelmingly threatening white, shown in abundance. But you made no mention of these things.For this reason I do not see this male (authority figure) as dangerous to you, but definitely one that you should keep an eye on (as far as threat and behavior is concerned).

One more comment, this male is most likely a partner, spouse, parent or friend. The dream does not say, but then again it did not have to say because you already know who this is. Just overlay what I have said to the goings on in your life.
