Two Cats and Sleep paralysis

About a year ago I had an experiance with sleep paralisis. It was extremely strange in the sense that i could not bring myself to move at all. I was in a completly motionless state and i was able to see things around me. In fact i could see my brother playing video games to the right of me, out of the corner of my eyes. I remember being in a state of confusion at that point and when i scrolled my eyes back to look straight ahead of me there was what seem to be a robot sitting on top of me. I could be mistaken but it is what it first appeared to be. It was blue in colour and it's body was not propotioned to it's larger head. In disbelief i closed my eyes for a second and it was gone off of me. After that i scrolled my eyes to the right again trying my hardest to scream out or move, but still nothing. That's when i saw two cats sitting on my dresser. They began to hiss at me uncontrolably, so i closed my eyes again and they were gone. After that i was able to move again.

Just today I had another experiance of this. This time it was even more weird. I remember haveing alot of dreams prior to the one before my paralisis occured again. The one directly before was one of two cats trying to get into my house. I never even hesitated to let them in. I remember distinctly that for some reason my doors opened vertically and not horizontaly, almost like a garage door. Any way, the first cat walked into the house and as soon as it set foot in, its head exploded. All of a sudden a voice resonated through my head. It was very deep and evil. It muttered what seem to be a foreign language. After that i opened my eyes and there was the feeling of drills going through each of my ears. Again i was unable to move at all. It was a very breif paralyisis however, and i managed to bring my self into consciousness rather quickly.

I was wondering if there was any symbolism with the two cats in the dream and if it is normal to be haveing sleep paralisis so often.

Hi,
Cats has a symbolism meaning but the other implies like exploiding head shows that these dreams are not truthful and have been messed.Don't mention to such a dreams.

Yes, there is a girl that is causing me tremendous emotional stress and has been for about 2-3 years now. I have a new girl friend as of a month ago but i dont know if its trusting girls in general or just her.

You know, its not always easy facing people that are hurting us, but the only way to make that emotional stress go away is to work out the problem you have with this woman.

I think its normal to experience sleep paralysis once you've already experienced it. I experience it almost twice a month, its some what normal for me. but it can also be related to bad sleeping habits, which I'm full of.
