Deceased Husband

This is not the "ordinary" kind. I have some idea about the meaning as I do a fair amount of dream intrepreting (help others) with theirs.
In this last dream, my deceased x-husband appeared. He was sitting on the floor near me, looking up at me, then down. He seemed to be talking to me, but either I was not paying attention or could not hear him. when I saw him in the dream I wondered out loud(in my dream) what are you doing here? and that is when he talked to me. Also, in this same dream, I was pregnant, ready to deliver. Other people in my dream(unidentified ones) were saying things to indicate that it was time to deliver and I nagated what they said and told all, that I would "know" when it was time (and it was Near). Then some other person gave me some dark blue stretchy underwear, panties and bra. Even though these articles of clothing were made of a stretchy material, I wondered how in the world they would ever fit me (being so large and pregnant) There were no specific emotions, just a "business as usual" kind of attitude I experienced. some of the people in my dream were ones I knew, but other than an older son and middle daughter, I am not sure about their identities.
This is not the first time I have deamed of my deceased spouse. We were divorced in '91 after 23 years of marriege. He died in 12/19/1999.
I would really like to understand why he is coming to me now, and what he is saying, his message to me.

Was your relationship with your ex amicable while he was alive? Do you have any regrets? Was there unfinished business or something that you wish you had done for him while he was alive? I can't imagine that his death was easy and perhaps made you feel some level of regret for things left undone or unsaid. (Assuming there were some good times during the marriage). That being said, what would have been the trigger bringing back the thought? Did something happen during the day to remind you of him?
