Colours & lost toe

Honestly I can't remember my whole dream because its the end of the day and its 2am now. Ill try to say what I can. Thanks to anyone that reads & responds.

I look down at my bare feet, starring at my toes. I notice that my left foot, and im pretty sure it was my left because i cant thinking when I woke up- aw my poor left foot lol. Anyways my big toe on my left food had an over long nail. This nail needed to be cut. So I helf my foot to examine it more closely. I notice that my toe nail is close to ripping off on its own and that I need it to stay in tact because my whole toe will fall off is the nail rips off. I was afraid the nail would totally rip off because it was nearly ripped all the way and I needed to keep my toe connected to my foot. In reality that doesnt make sense because a nail is at the end of the toe. To be CLEAR, the part of the nail that was ripping was the, white part lets say of a french manicure. The tip of my toe nail was just too long, I ususally do french manicures in the summer on my toe nails. Anyways in a minute, the nail had ripped off and my WHOLE toe had fell off!! Just like that. There was NO blood, no pain. The whole toe to the bottom of the toe fell off. I was sad, I nearly cried myself awake.

Then I think this happened after that, or possibly before the toe falling, I looked down at my bottom. I had no shirt or bra on. My chest was covered in Medium Blue, (not royal blue because thats too dark), paint. In my dream I thought this must be paint. I quickly tried to splash clear water on my chest trying to get the blue paint off. I was really upset over the loss of my big toe that I wanted to cry. Then I woke up.

What does a nakes chest covered in blue paint mean? And what in heavens sake does a toe falling off symbolize?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hmm Im guessing my dreaming of a toe meant a financial loss, but the idea of a large toe could mean a arrange of a marriage. I have a serious bf, but Im not married. Thanks for the ideas. It helped.

Body parts usually represent aspects of one's identity. To lose one usually points to an aspect of one's identity being lost, missing or compromised.

Ingrown toenail may represent ignorance or lack of understanding, as toenails that grow or have grown represent growth in understanding. The fact that you tried to remove it may represent you attempting to remove that ignorance or understand something, but in doing so, that understanding hurt you and who you were as a person.

Toes symbolize the way you walk through life, or minor details in your life. As Varzandeh said, they can also represent one's decoration.

Blue represents intellect and understanding. The fact that your upper body has been stained with blue may represent the understanding also represented by the ingrown toenail staining your heart.

In short: my interpretation is that you have learned something recently that you really wished you hadn't, and it's affecting who you are and how you feel.
