Crazy accident and murder dreams

I was walking down the street with someone, I don't know who, but I'm walking and I see a bridge about 100 feet ahead of me, going over the street I was walking down. Well, I look up and I see my friend Janis, and all of a sudden a car comes up and hits her. Seeing this I freak out, and run up to the bridge where she is. When I approach her, she is still conscious and crying, her entire face is covered in bllod and she cannot walk and no one is doing anything about it. So I run over to her, pick her up, and walk to the nearest hospital. She ends up getting a kidney transplant, and I'm constantly there bringing her food and tea and taking care of her, and no one else is.

In real life, I am friends with her but not great friends, and she has MS, glaucoma, and kidney stones and is only 17.

My other dream was about I was a family function, I think my wedding rehearsal, dream family not real, and I am waving my uncle goodbye. He and his entire family enter into their limousine, and someone was waiting for them in the limo, and shot all of them. I was so terrified that I ran away. It fastforwards to a few days later, and I don't know what I am doing but I go to meet all my friends, real life friends, and they tell me what a horrible person I am about my uncle being killed for running off and what not. And then none of them will talk to me at all. It is like I am not even there. My friend, Samir, won't talk to me and I yell at him that I am giving one of the biggest speeches at my uncle's funeral that day, and that he was ridiculous. I was so mad I jsut kept yelling at everyone and crying. It then jumps to me setting up all the stuff for the speech and memoir.
