i had a dream of a black and white running and lunging at me hit me in the chest then bounced off me and fell to the ground then ran off.
i then woke up completely awake and like i was shocked or hit in the chest. help it realling bothering me.

Hi,
It is most likely that you had a sudden chest pain in your sleep. You ight have felt the pain after waking, however dreams try to hide their causes so on waking you're more preoccupied by the memory of the dream, and forget about the pain.
