Wierd dream

Hey, I had the weirdest dram last night, and I would love if you could help me figure out what it means...Some parts are a little far-fetched though...And it's a little long...

I was in my house--not in my real life home, but in the dream--and I was going to go out with my mom and sister but my mom wanted to have a nap, so I went out with friends until she woke up. Me and my friends went to a near-by park and got some greek food. (Which is weird, b/c I don't like greek food...--one of those pita things--sorry, I don't know what they're called--and then we walked around the park. It was pretty and lots of bushes and lots of people. I then started to feed some of the steak in the pita thing to the birds, which they ate. There was a bird that grabbed my attention in the middle, it was a bit bigger, grey, and it looked like a bird of prey, but it acted just like the pigeons, so I made sure it got a piece of steak. Then a guy behind the bird started yelling that that breed of bird changed into a human flesh eating bird if it ate meat, then he told everyone to run. So we did.

Then as were were running he said it would have changed by now, and everyone kept running--there were a lot of people...--but I saw a garbage shoot on the side of a building, so I ran to it. Thankfully the door was unlocked and I went in. I also checked to make sure the door wouldn't lock me in...I was crouched down--it wasn't big enough for a whole person--and there was an opening just above my crouched eye level. I saw people run by, then the bird. It ran past my view (The bird was about 5 feet away) then it came back. It did this a few times b/c it could smell me and I was afraid it would see me and jump through the opening, when a guy tapped my shoulder and showed me the way into the building.

Inside the building was my home again. and I didn't see the guy after that. I moved a white frilly curtain and looked out to the street--which is my real street in really life-- and saw the bird attacking people. But all he could do is peck at their knees b/c he wasn't that big. I felt straining at my door and saw the door knob turning, so I unlocked the door and saw several live bodies moaning at my door. There's legs had been pecked, and I opened the door to let them in but the bird started coming towards us and only one person had time to enter.

Then the street was free of people and an animal control van came and ran the bird over, and cleaned it's carcass. All that was left was a bloody backbone on the road in front of my window. Then my mom got up and--oblivious to what happened-- asked if we wanted to go out now. I looked outside, still scared, and saw people outside on bikes. That made me feel a little better, relived. Then I had the thought that if we had gone earlier, none of that would have happened because I wouldn't have feed the meat to the bird...


So...Does anyone know what that could mean??? I mean, I have an idea but I would love other people's opinions..Thank you.

Most involved and bad dreams are caused by indigestion! The reference to "greek"food in your dream indicates that your dream was one of those cased by indigestion. It is unpleasant to have it at night in your sleep, however your subconscious knows that it is not too dangerous and creates an involved and complicated dream that grabs your attention and takes your mind off the problems you have in the sleep. You wake up with the memory of the dream, completely unaware of what caused it.

Without getting into specifics, you dream shows that you are looking forward to being autonomous, out on your own in the future. It appears as if you are a bit inexperienced as to the hazards of life, and to some of the good things as well.
This dream is an awareness to you that screams to be on your own, in a way, but at the same time shows that you are a bit cautions and even a little afraid.
It is brings to consciousness the fact that you are approaching that time in your life of being on your own, and that you had better make yourself ready.

Wow, that's so wierd that you could find that in my freaky dream...IT sounds right, I'm leaving home for school in a few months and I can't wait but I feel really unprepared...
