I was at the beach. On one side the ocean, on the other a beach house. The ocean level started to raise, and the water slowly started to go in the house.

well dreams can mean anything. Its important to make associations with things. One thing that comes to mind is global warming ... the seas rise and start to flood land. If thats an issue hot in your mind for any reason the day before ... or if you are keenly interested in such matters generally then thats what the dream possibly means. It could easily mean other things though

Ocean means a big boss or the government,
If water entered a house means a good deal of money is on the way,
Being at the beach also means achieving a wish.
