Silver plated tooth in hand

wow, i literally just awoke from this dream to find somewhere online I could get an answer...

I dreamt that I had just moved into a new condo with my boyfriend and our son and we had a few friends come over and they brought a few friends of their own..

the next morning my boyfriend and I were awakened by loud pounding at the door, we walked through the living room to get to the door and I noticed that my grandmothers china cabinet had been knocked over and the glass broken

he get's to the door and looks back at me saying it's the police, when we open the door it's a few firemen and police rushing these people in that looked like they had just been attacked - something to the effect of one of the "friends of the friends" had attacked someone in this group and the police had shot them dead - no idea why they needed to bring them all to my place but there they were and then i felt a pinch in my had and I looked down to see it was cut open in a small part of my hand near my thumb and i could see inside of the cut to see there was something in it so i squeezed thinking maybe it was broken glass but what came out was a large very thickly silver plated tooth, i thought it weird because i have not lost any of my adult teeth and it had some kind of emblem made into it - next thing my hand started to bleed so i turned to grab tissue and then i woke up

could this mean ANYTHING or should i just email the dream to Stephen King lol
also when i woke up i could feel a pinch in my hand up until i registered for this forum

The cabinet glass was broken means there will be an illness for your grandmother if she is alive.

Police if honest people means a benefit for you and a friend will have a problem solved because he/she was dead.

If your thumb was hurt means you will lose some money and dignity, if your palm was hurt means you will be hindered from a travel.
A tooth was in your hand means someone will come to visit you.
If molar tooth parents or grand parents if front tooth a sibling...

The policeman at the door shows anxiety, about trouble that is coming your way. The silver tooth given in the context would tend to connote the fact that this trouble is about a sibling of yours that is (bringing trouble your way or causing trouble in some way). Think about something negative that may be happening, or about to happen, that is not of your own doing but you are involved through association.
Now, silver can also show that you are rememebering something from the past that has occurred. In essence your memory would likely be of a sibling who has caused you trouble in the past. This may very well involve the telling of lies..
