Default Train Death of a little girl???

I was running back along a train platform back to my family, because I had forgotten something, and as I was nearing the overhead pass across the tracks a train came in. At the same time I noticed a mother desperately grabbing at her little girl (about 5 yrs old) who had fallen onto the tracks. The girl was stumbling to get up and when she did it was too late. The train driver was desperately trying to stop the train but it was too late. The little girl was first lifted up by the front of the train then dragged under. It was horrible. I had this feeling of dread. And I watched everyone around me freeze and I had to look away and as I looked away I saw the mother and it was so sad. I ran off up onto the overhead pass and I looked down and I saw the remains of the little girl (too horrible to describe) along the track.

I then woke up, sweating like mad. And it's really bothered me. I can't get the horrible image out of my thoughts. It feels like it almost happened in real life.

Can anyone help?

Hi,
Perhaps you heard, or read aboutsomeone run over by a train recently? Your dream was about what was happening to you in the sleep. My guess is that you had a sudden, sharp pain in your neck while you slept and had to be woken up very quickly!

The above quote from your dream indicates that you needed to turn your head to "look away" and then "look down!" This is a sure sign that your neck was hurting. It is also possible that you had an acid reflux and was choking in your sleep.
A violent dream like this means that you had to wake up from sleep very very quickly!
Cheers Wolfjk

Hi

Often the dreams with the worst emotions tend to be linked to your present mood. Premonitions in my experience tend to be rather less emotional. They are rather abstract. So at least I would say its not likely to be a premonition.

-----------------------------
The dream mind is a conceptual mind. So expect the meaning of a dream to be a conceptual meaning. Try to think about the ideas and emotions that are forming in your mind. Dreams can be about health issues, they can be about relationships, they can simply reflect some paranoias in your mind. Simply put dreams are about the STUFF in your mind. So instead of trying to interpret the dream try to think about ideas forming in your mind.

Whats more dreams concentrate on new feelings. They capture those moments when your feelings change. For instance the moment when you started to mistrust your boyfriend. Try this page as it shows you how to spot the issues which trigger dreams
