Dead?

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to share this dream I had last night, maybe get some feedback;

I dreamed I was on an elevator, it was on the 11th floor. Everyone was dressed nicely and I realized this was a funeral home (odd)..funeral destination was mine? And then there were other "dead" people (also nicely dressed) on the elevator explaining this to me, and only the "dead" could go to the 12th floor.. I remember wondering who would be at my funeral and wondering how they would take it.. then I woke (gladly alive)..

dead people and an elevator. i had a dream a few years ago with those elements; of course my dream also included a puzzle-box, some kind of animal, and a lake with a dock... but it started in an elevator!

i have no idea what your dream means, but when numbers come up i always start thinking there. starting on the eleventh floor, that's really high up; i'm sure that has relevance.

Did you become disappointed to discover that no one wanted to be at your funeral?

Your dream is obviously about demise but not death. It seems to indicate that (possibly at work) you were elevated in the hierarchy but to get further there was an obstacle to overcome and that you were unlikely to be successful. You then wondered who your friends really were.

The main point of your dream was: "then I woke up" Indeed this was a waking dream. The dream used the idea that you "may be dead" to put your conscious brain in gear!
