Disgusting Dream. (use caution when reading!)

I had a VERY disgusting and weird dream last night that has bothered me this ENTIRE DAY.

The setting had me at what appeared to be a room with a bed in it and it seemed as though periodically I would see one of my three managers (but ideally it was all three of them in the dream) and it seemed as though we were all just in the same place doing something (have no idea what). For the most part of the dream, I am sitting on this bed.

At some point I am with a little kid (who seems to be my daughter based on the face that I see) and we go to take care of things and continually go back and forth and back and forth. At some point in the dream I realize that I am getting telephone calls and being told that different people in my life are dead.

Like I get one call that Chris is dead. Another call that Cee Cee is dead. Another call that this one and that one are dead. (Cee Cee and Chris are the only two names I remember although there were several death calls relating to other people).

Then the dream switches and it seems like all three managers are now together and are coming towards the room that I am in and I am with this kid again who in my head I am saying is still my daughter but then the person is lying on the bed and it switches to maybe a small teenager (still in my head a kid) but now although I thought it was a girl all of this time the kid has a penis and then it seems as though we partially strip and begin to have intercourse but then after less than a minute (maybe even less than 30 seconds) I realize something is wrong and I stop and get up and leave the room, while the kid is still lying on the bed but this is also the point in the dream when I wake up.

When I woke up from the dream I was VERY disturbed because it disgusted me greatly and I tried to figure it out all day but have come up with nothing!!!!!!

There is an aspect to your life (probably job related but not necessarily so) in which you appear to be involved with communications possibly in sales or membership and you felt comfortable in this setting. There could exist a problem of reducing sales or membership and those in the organisation (whatever it is) want a tete-a-tete with you. You seem to be seduced into producing a resolution or possibly being questioned by a man or men on your performance and you feel vulnerable as you are made to feel guilty. You feel as if you are being used as the scapegoat which offends you and destroys that comfortable feeling.

I don't believe you need to worry much about the exact content of your dream. The dream seems to be a combination anxiety dream involving work, aging, your relationship with your daughter and your fears about your daughter growing older. I believe you are dreaming about your job because you may have some anxiety lately about your performance on your job and some anxiety about whether your managers are noticing you have been distracted with issues outside of work. The little kid (who you keep saying seemed like your daughter though was not) I believe does represent your daughter. The reason why she does not fully appear to be your daughter in your dream is because you are noticing her personaility change lately and perhaps she is even getting more independent. When she ages into a teenager, you are reflecting your anxiety of her aging and the social development that occurs during this time. You perhaps feel like your relationship with her is getting more distant. That is why you had that part of the dream where she had a penis and you were having sexual relations with her. You desire to have a close and intimate relationship with her again. The calls you are get stating that people in your life are dead....that is your own fears about aging and becoming more distant from others who are close to you. Please do not worry about the dream. I truly believe it is just your minds way of trying to make sense of things and attempting to gain control over situations that may be beyond your control. The most important relationship here is that of you with your daughter. Perhaps you can schedule some outings with your daughter so that the two of you can reconnect. Be well.

hi guys. yes I am troubled with many things. not necessarily my relationship with my daughter because we are pretty close but more so her maturing and getting older and me making the right decisions for her, etc. so I can concur with those analysis. also in terms of the other items you all stated ..it does make sense but the dream itself just really bothered me. never had one like that before.

I will say aspects of my dream in terms of the uncertainty and waking up ruffled, brought me back to a dream I posted a few months back entitled "kind of angelic dream" (i think that's it) because its another one without answers so any insight would be appreciated as well. thanks Jennings and shirah for your input. it has helped to calm me down some.

Varzandeh ... please explain your response further. I know that reproach means a disgrace but my daughter is fairly young so could you be more specific as to what you are saying.
