injunction to buy property

An old friend from 30 years ago appears clearly in a dream and informs me that there is property - a retrofitted hotel that we both know is being converted into inexpensive apartments 2 br - he says buy two and tells me the price $110k , the details are distinct. It seems important except that he is not in my present country of domicile but from my homeland.
There is some initial confusion over his identity but this is quickly verified.
Any spin on this appreciated.

I believe the dream is simply telling you that you need to reconnect with your homeland and with people from your past. The property being offered for sale shows an investment...which indicates to me the importance of reconnecting and investing your time with someone or something from your past (not neccessarily this person in your dream). Generally to me... property in dreams tends to indicate people or the dreamer's mindset. Hope this helps. Be well.
