Please help.

So i had a dream lastnight that is really bothering me. My fiance is in the Military and is currently away on training, I miss him so much and have not been able to talk to him in 6 days. All i do is think about him.
Here is my dream (what i can remember of it)

I had a dream that my fiance and I had broke up becuase i cheated on him (only a dream), i was on a payphone crying and talking to him and leaving messages on the answering machine to get him to pick up. he picked up the phone and i was sobbing and asking him to take me back.

Could I have had a dream like this because I miss him and just want him at home?
