3 Dreams, 1 long night (1st dream)

Hey everybody. I'm new to this board, but I had a series of dreams in a 5 1/2 hour period of sleep, and I'm not sure what they mean. Just to provide a background, at the time these dreams occurred, it was 2 weeks after my girlfriend and I split, and I've been missing her a lot lately. Here's what happened in the first dream:

In the first dream, my choral group was heading out to a grade school to perform, when I see my ex-girlfriend walking backwards down the sidewalk. Our director runs out of the van, catches up to her, and they embrace and kiss. This prompts shock and anger from myself and mass confusion from everybody else. When he got back to the van, we asked him what that was all about, but all he did was stammer and ignore the question. I then woke up at 3 am, freaked out and angry, until I realized where I was, then went back to sleep.

Any ideas on what it means?
