I had a dream last night that I found a tumor in my mouth, and I realized that it had been in there and bothering me and affecting my speech for awhile, but I hadn't ever really acknowledged it, so I pulled it out, and it was thick and cartilaginous and I was squishing it between my fingers. I pushed part of it away and saw that it was writhing with live maggots in the middle, so I threw it down... yuukkkk, any interpretations?
