Upsetting Pregnancy Dream

I am 31 and have never been pregnant nor do i have any plans on being pregnant any time soon. I would love to eventually be able to have a baby at some point, preferably sooner than later. Both of my younger sisters have exactly 1 year old babies.
In my dream i am clearly pregnant, close to giving birth. I rub my stomach, i "feel" pregnant, the weight of my stomach is heavy. I feel extremely happy. Then I am in the shower and on the shower floor is a womb-like balloon, which apparently came out of my stomach. I can't see myself, just that im in the shower with this thing. I remember thinking "don't let it touch the drain or it will pop and the baby will die." It does pop and the fluid inside spills out and inside of the womb-balloon is a plastic baby baby doll! It's very roughly constructed - not like the cupidoll or a normal babydoll.
I remember thinking that everyone will think i made up the whole pregnancy. I woke up unsettled and spent a fair part of the day upset about this.

I know that pregnancy dreams signify change or creativity, but this seems so strange to me. I do want to have children and sometimes I feel like I won't ever have my chance. But i don't think this relates to that feeling. It was a terrible feeling to wake up to.

Does anyone have any suggestions or comments? tx jen

If one dreamt his /her abdomen was big like a pregnancy , means he/she will receive some money as much as the stomach was big.
If an immature child dreamt was pregnant , if he was a boy means his father will receive some money If was a girl means her mother will receive some money.
