what can make you change gender in dreams?

i've noticed that i'm quite often male in dreams. do i have some kind of subconscious gender confusion or what?

Assuming that you are female in reality, the male role that you assume in dreams shows a more aggressive side of you. Male organ for ladies means receiving some dignity among people.
Male organ also means a baby boy for pregnant women.
If had a male organ and had sex means she will be reproached.
