Can't get dream out of my head!

Okay so this dreams been playing on my mind since i woke up so i was wondering if anyone could interpretate it somewhat for me, because its freaking me out! The dream was very graphic and felt very real.

Start of dream - in my university bedroom, washing everyones clothes in a tiny wahsing machine, particularly those of one of my male room mates who in the dream i am very close to with regards to holding hands, arms around each other, carressing etc.

We then go down to the pool in my dorms (which doesnt even exist in real life) alone and become even closer and end up having sex before alot more people come into the pool and everyone ends up racing, in which my room mate helps me win and causes himself to lose, before ignoring me for another girl which causes me to get very jealous and physically fighting with him before becoming intimate again.

The dream troubles me because i have been with my boyfriend for 2 years and though i am close with the room mate in my dream it is only as friends, although i have unconciously thought about intimacy with him, although i would never cheat on my boyfriend who i am happy with.

If anyone can pick apart the dream it would be great! Its troubleing me because i see my boyfriend about 2 or 3 times a week and the room mate almost everyday, so its hard to escape thinking about what ive dreamed!

The dream has already made it's point because it was through the subconscious suggestion of intimacy with your room mate that you have worked things out.

One, that you are attracted to your room mate...
And two, that you are very much in love and committed to your boyfriend...that you would never cheat.

Wow thanks for the interpretation, thats really helped clear my mind and its makes sense =]

its stopped me feeling guilty and confused aswell =]

I still dont get where the washing and whole 'pool' thing came from though lol

The whole pool scenario shows that you are washing dirty laundry so to speak, (resolving guilt about thinking what you have thought about your room mate...and resolving it quickly) this happens before you can get into trouble.

Dreams are acknowledgments that remind us who we are and what we have come to believe (our personal moral boundaries).
