Very vile dream, won't get out of my head, please help interpret!

Hi all, I'm being haunted by my dream last night and I can't shake it. I dreamt my lower leg, around the calf muscle was itchy. I looked down and saw a bit of a rash. Then around the side of my leg saw a patch of skin that was swollen and white and inside the white were hundreds of blackhead pimples. I began to squeeze them and a little pus came out and then tons of pus, just pouring out and not stopping. It wasn't sore or at all painful, but extremely relieving. The holes left behind after I got everything out were the diameter of my fingers. But then the was one that wouldn't stop, and food started coming out of it, but covered in mucus, in handfuls. It was the most vile thing, and I couldn't get it all out. I thought about calling a doctor but I was almost enjoying the sensation of cleansing it out. The strangest part was I was doing this while sitting in my bathroom, but not my current bathroom, but the bathroom of my childhood home. I woke up still pulling handfuls of pus, mucus and food out of my leg. Can anyone explain what this means. It's haunting me and I can't think of even eating today with the images still crystal clear. The food was mostly soft vegetables. Help!
