confusing health dream

Hi, this dream confused me so wondered if anyone could help me out.

I found a huge spot on the inside of my thigh and when I looked at it water poured out like a tap but minutes later a pattern showed up on my leg from the groin down to the inside of my knee the shape of a fillet of fish with all the bone patterns through it. it was a bruise.
I went to call a dr but was all confused about who to call.

next thing i knew i'm walking around outside the hospital watching my fiance jumping in a loch with our dog, laughing and playing, which made me angry because i needed help. Then I ran to him panicking because my mouth had gone numb and blue.
next we're in the hospital reception my fiance had turned into a woman who was ranting hysterically about her clothes being so wet and laughing about it. i was really angry again.
The dr checked my leg and told me i was imagining it although i could see all the veins in my leg looking like empty tubes being filled up slowly with blood and standing out.They swelled like tracks slowly forming through my leg.

next i was back in the corridor with my boss, i was pacing up and down then i collapsed and my boss was checking my ribs very professional like a dr would and shouting for medical help. he was saying i need air pumped into my left bottom ribs. a nurse came along with a pump to pump air in through a hole in my ribs. I fought her off and said i dont need that.

Then i was crying in a cubicle, sat next to a nurse, she was really giggly and silly, i told her what happened and she said " oh my poor dear did they not give you calcium? u need calcium" I said " are u taking the mick?" she said "no, you need it" she had a look at my leg which was covered in bruising down to the ankle by now. she then said " see that area there?" pointing to my inner knee joint " you have a long-standing torn ligament" ( i have in real life)

Then i woke up, what a very strange dream and it was really upsetting while i was in it.
if anyone can give any insight to this i would be very grateful .

Hi, and thank you very much for your time to interpret my dream, it's very interesting, so basically it was a warning dream of family sorrow maybe on bf's side. i'll keep that to myself then. i have so many strange dreams, i will have to learn to interpret them.
