Dreams within Dreams...

I've often dreamt I've gone to sleep in my dream and then woke up and started my day and then sometimes even told people what I dreamed about!! Im curious as to whether anyone else dreams they are sleeping and then getting up in the dream as if your awake and what it means?

do u mean waking up in your dream and then realize later your still dreaming I do that

Sorta....I wake up in the dream and go on and knew I had the dream in the dream but its not lucid in the sense that I know both are dreams.....Actually this is kind of hard to explain!
