Weirdest Dream: worms in bloodstream

I dreamt i had like a big cyst on my forehead i squeezed it and a teaspoon full of gunk came out in the palm of my hand, then a thick round worm starting wiggling out of the gunk. the dream continued on with worms circulating through my blood stream and i could see them wiggling under my skin it was so gross, and im not a slimy bug kinda person i hate anything like that so it was quite distressful and i woke up. What does this dream mean???
