bath tub dream...need help :(

I'm having problems with someone I like (yet again) and this dream is telling me something but I'm not sure how to read it....

He is in a small bathtub and there's water in it. I go i with him because I feel I should, though he didn't invite me in with him I think. We are both naked. I am physically aware that I'm nude and I can see my body. I look at my breasts. I look to the guy and wonder why he doesn't look at my body and it makes me feel bad. We are talking and what not and he just never says anything about it. When we get out of the bath I explain to him that I feel insecure about my body and he asks me why? He didn't seem to notice a problem.

Should also mention that in a different part of the dream my grandmother was showing us her tub and it was white with black writing on it, some sort of company details (in print). So the tub must be a significant symbol here...anyway, I could really use the help

I think the secret/infamy thing is right for nudity...I have been having ALOT of dreams where im nude or partially nude and I feel very uncomfortable in them. No daughter yet but I think I'm supposed to have one in the future lol
