Almost every night i keep having a dream where i wake up in my room in the same position as i fell asleep. The thing is, when it happens, im always paralyzed. When i try to force myself to move or at least pray to god, my blood flow begins to increase all over my body. It like a strong tingle on the inside of my skin. Some other times i feel and see my bed sheets being pulled off from me and feel as if someone is squeezing my legs or wrists. But i can never see who it is. I would appreciate if someone told me what it means.
