hair, gowns, graduation...weird!

I had a dream last night that was just weird.

My dream started out that I woke up one morning. Laid there awake in bed for a little while. I roll over look at the clock and it's like 1pm. I get out of bed and walk out of my room toward the bathroom. On my way I pass several other rooms. I was in this old 2 story house with dark hardwood floors and white banisters. (This is nothing like my house in real life or anyone's I know). I go into the bathroom do my morning ritual...go to the bathroom, wash my face, brush my teeth. My hair is pulled back in a pony tail. I walk back to my room grab my phone and sit back on my bed and call Alison (one of my friends I went to school with). I couldn't get her. In my dream this was unusual. I begin to wonder where she could be. Then it hits me...IT'S OUR HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION DAY!!! (In real life I graduated high school about 10 years ago.) I had overslept. I look at my clock again, It's 1:35pm. I run to the bathroom yank my hair down out of the pony tail and begin to comb it. There is this white stuff all in my hair. The more I comb the more white stuff that appears. It looked as though my scalp were peeling. I throw on my graduation gown over my pj's. I frantically begin to call everyone to see what time graduation is to begin. I can't get anyone. Finally it hits me that graduation is at 2pm. I look at my watch, it's 1:50pm. I then know I have missed graduation. I could never make it there in time. I sit down on my bed with all these thoughts going thru, thinking how disappointed I was for missing my graduation. I had worked so hard all those years for this and I missed it. I'm laying there across my bed for what I guess I had been a while when Alison called. Graduation was over. She was asking me where I was and why I wasn't there. It was so weird. I was so disappointed. I just felt like i had worked so hard for nothing. I let myself down.

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions on this. Thanks.
