Please help understand my recurring dream: i can't sleep!! :(

I realize it's pretty long, but i realize it's pretty dramatic too. I've been having this dream for the past weeks and it is truly a nightmare. Some things to know is i am a guy, and katie is my best friend, however, I might have feelings for her, I am not sure.
PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND AND FIGHT THIS.

So pretty much it’s everyone in my youth group. My closest friends, my best friend, Katie, who's a girl, and her sisters. For most of the day it’s me,and a few best friends at an amusement park and we're having a blast. Then me and Katie decide to get bracelets, that we've been meaning to get. I put mine on my left hand and Katie had hers on her left also. me and another girl plan to go bunjee jumping even though i had promised Katie i wouldn't because it's dangerous, still i go, and she complains that im breaking my promise! She goes on a roller coaster even though she promised we would go together. And so we gave each other attitude and I went on the bungee and she went on the roller coaster... this is when it gets bad.. Me and the other girl go and they make us sign that death contract thing and we strap up and were about to go ahhh but were falling then for some reason it’s over an ocean and the bunge snaps off. the girl tries to grab my hand and latches onto the bracelet that katie had gotten me and that’s when the bracelet snaps and were freefalling... we go through the ocean and then were in the air falling and she’s yelling and screaming and then I realize katie is screaming too...as im falling from the sky the roller coaster rushes past and katie's in the front seat with her sister and the girl that was with me disappears below... it seems like im falling forever cause katie's roller coaster keep rushing by me,her screaming from fun u know ... and I try to get her attention but I can’t. Then I spot the bracelet that snapped off my hand on the tracks and she's approaching it and hits it but it like..knocks something loose on the coaster and the tracks fall apart and the coaster is falling to the ground and the seats open up and everyone falls off. Her sister gets lost in the mass of people falling and I can only see Katie and the look on her face KILLS me...like it’s a "help me but I can’t do nething cause I can’t control my body" look. Katie land on a tree and fall branch to branch and now were in the brazillian forest and I hit the ground hard and my legs break. Katie's holding onto a branch and bleeding pretty bad, and she's like 100 feet ahead of me. She's holding on and asking me to help u but I can’t move cause of my legs...I crawl toward the tree and try to climb it but it’s too wide for me to wrap my arms around it...so im laying there crying and punching the floor and yelling cause I can’t do a damn thing and then I hear more screams .. And I look up and now it’s not only Katie hanging there but everyone else..the youth group and her sisters, etc....and they're all asking me to help but I can’t... I try to crawl away to get help but were in the jungle... I keep going and a land mine goes off and half my body burn’t, but that doesn’t matter what matters is that im going into shock paralyzed from the neck down but I can see the tree..and the mine ignited a fire..from the base of the tree..I can see katie and everyone else but mainly katie....I start to cry but I can’t move my face, only tears roll down my eyes..but the tears fuel the fire..and only makes it go faster....I can’t stop crying and soon the whole tree is on fire...and everyone falls...katie falls next to me and I can see her hand and the bracelet..all I can do is stare at it and then everything disintegrates and everything is pitch black...except for katie and her pink bracelet...and then she says “you promised”....and then I wake up...............
