Confronted by a Family of Deer
My younger son and I were in our backyard when were confronted by three rather large deer. There was a male with a huge set of antlers, a female, and a fawn. We were scared because the stage lowered his head and pawed the ground numerous times. I told my son that we would back up slowly and lower our eyes so that the stag would not think that we wanted to fight. Then after they followed, we made it into the safety of our home and shut the door.
