Severely Injure Sister?!

The dream begins that I have, along with some family members, been invited to a house of a wealthy citizen. They have the largest grand piano ever created, as well as the largest organ ever created. The house also has a bell tower, so I follow my choir director (in real life) up the steps, but then he turns into the wealthy man who owns the house. He is very creepy and it seems like he likes me too much, and I am extremely uncomfortable when he is right behind me leaning over my shoulder. Later when I get home, I am afraid (irrationally perhaps) that the man is going to break into my house and hurt me. As I stand in my room, I hear someone approaching. I grab a weapon quickly, and once the person reaches the doorway, I chuck the object at them, hitting their temple. They blink, and fall, unconscious. It was my sister. I was horrified -- I love my sister and would never, ever want to hurt her. When she fell she looked like she didn't know what was going on, like she was completely helpless and caught off guard. I called 911, and told them she had fallen.

Over the next hours/days/weeks (I'm not sure how much time passed), many family members, relatives, and friends came to our house to comfort my mom and to visit my sister who was in the hospital. The doctors feared that she had suffered a severe brain injury, but they wouldn't know her fate until she woke up out of her coma. I felt incredibly guilty and upset, but I hid away in my room and no one came to visit me to comfort me, which made me jealous of my sister and mom for having people who cared about them.
