i was outside and i had a blue bucket in my hands. i took some dirt from the ground and took it inside the house. my house was actually a bus. i got in it and my mom was there. i dumped the bucket on the floor.
from the bucket came out only a earth worm, a little frog, and a big cockroach. My mom told me to get rid of them. so I smashed the earth worm with the bucket. it broke in lots of small piece, and stopped moving. i don't know what i did with the frog or the cockroach. but the cockroach was moving its feet laying on its back. the frog was small and nice shades of green. i went outside.

Hi,
Bucket means your mum or your mother in law. You took some dirt home means you will earn some money fro the big family. A worm means a weak person killing a worm or a cockroach means achieving a wish. A frog means a wise pious person. So small perhaps a Medical student who is also pious or someone like that.

What a wonderful dream! One of the best, most profound I've seen posted in the forums. The dream seems to take you back to your childhood (what kind of bus was your house? Was it a school bus?), and the creatures that you brought in your home may represent you. Earth worms are extremely beneficial to the environment. They're responsible for bringing nourishment to the soil thus enabling healthy plant growth. The worm can also be a representation of you as child, since the larval form of many insects is "worm-like". The frog is a result of the final stage of metamorphosis in its life cycle, and I think it represents you as an adult. The cockroach (one of my favorite insects) can be symbolic for the future -- it's among the oldest, most successful species to thrive on this world; it pre-dates dinosaurs, can survive nuclear explosions, and will be here long after we're gone. It's a survivor. It gives hope for a future. You may have experienced some trauma in your early life that caused you to lose your innocence and grow up too quickly, without fully experiencing life between larval and adult stage. The trauma may have derived from an event in your life...or from the actions or advice of someone close to you that may have had a negative effect. In your dream, your mother, an important role model, told you to destroy a beneficial creature. You mentioned that it broke into several pieces, which may mean that your world in that particular period was also getting torn asunder, or that your childhood or freedom was being "killed". It may interest you that earth worms are known for their ability to regenerate lost body parts, and I suspect that you (if the worm is your representation) were able to recover from that calamity and thus blossom nicely into a pretty green frog. The fact that you're a thriving, beautiful adult frog, show's that it's probably an overall positive dream. However, the cockroach on it's back may mean an uncertain future. Some unresolved issues in your past life are hindering further progression; the roach is "stuck" and is unable to roam free. If your dream was indeed a reflection of your childhood, your subconscious may be trying to tell your to re-examine your early life to find the source of the problem. |
