Floating, rising above water until my boyfriend pulls me down

Hello all,

This is one that I keep thinking about, and any imput would be warmly welcomed.

I'm in lake at nighttime, it's warm. All of the sudden I begin to rise out of the water and into the air. I'm thrilled, scared and exhillerated until my boyfriend, who is in the water next no me takes my hand and pulls me down. "Careful." he says. "That's a Mapuche (indigenous group of Chile) secret. It's dangerous to start involving yourself in that, not something to be taken lightly.

In the dream I am glad that he is looking after me but dissapointed not to be floating anymore.

This is a relationship that is recently gotten more serious if that helps at all.

Your dream seems like it was very mystical to you. Anytime I hear of water and floating I think of spiritual matters. It seems that you may be seeking answers to questions in your life in a very spiritual way. I am wondering if your boyfriend is not as spiritual as you are and that he may not be connecting with you in this area. Perhaps you may even feel that he is not supporting you in your efforts to seek a higher spirituality...and this is causing you to be disappointed. Hope this helps a bit. Be well.
