Repetitive Dream

Ever since I was little, probably in middle school, I've had this dream. I'm in college now. But it's always the same dream. I get it about 1 to 2 times a year. What do you think it means? Normally I don;t think dreams mean anything, but it's the same exact dream over and over, it has to mean something right?

I'm in a parking lot off to the side of a deserted highway, it's completely full of empty cars and I seem to be the only one there. Then I see this blond guy in a dark suit and dark glasses just standing there. I don’t know why, but I get the impression that he means trouble.

So I start to run to try to get away from him. And he’s just taking his time following me. It seems like I’m running really fast and he’s hardly moving, yet he’s always there, right behind me.

Then this dark car pulls into the parking lot and this other guy in a dark suit walks out and I run up to him begging him to help me. He doesn't say anything even though I'm completely frantic begging and pulling at his clothes to help me. At this point, the first man isn't in the scene.

Anyway the second man just stands there and stares at me with this cold smile. Then the first man comes into view and the second man takes out a gun and shoots me, and then I wake up.

But it doesn’t hurt when he shoots me. It kinda feels warm. BTW, no one talks in this dream. Even though I'm screaming and begging, there's no sound. The men never talk.

I believe this dream reveals circumstances that arise from time to time in your life where you feel intimidated or fearful of something. The men in dark suits represent spiritual enemies that are out to bring fear and make you feel hopeless and helpless. Having no one around (deserted highway and cars) may mean you feel alone and nobody is around to help out? Make any sense?

That's a relief to know whatever the problem is I'll be able to overcome it. I just wish I knew what the problem is.

That was really helpful thanks. I'm almost never alone, I'm always surrounded by family and friends but it sometimes feel as if they just don't understand the real me.
