Reoccuring Dream of a house

I'm new to this and I hope someone might be able to tell me what these dreams mean. I've had a total of 3 dreams of this house. It has me puzzled. It's about a two story white house built in the 1920 or earlier and I have walked into the house and went into the rooms but I cannot go into one bedroom because of the floors are giving away. I can see the contents of the room but when i start to walk in the floors start to give away. The bedroom was the owners room and she was an elderly lady that had died. The dream I had today is someone had bought it and was remolding it and I asked if they had gone into the bedroom and they said they cannot. I know this is a wierd dream but I hope someone can tell me what it means. I keep on having it and it's driving me crazy. LOL

Some important things to notice:
The old house is protecting memories of its old owner and it is resistant in the face of a new owner or remodeling. You didn't buy the house perhaps because you respect the house's desire to preserve the past. Someone else ignored it and they will never have access to the whole house.
