Motorcylce bully at the parking lot

My mom leaves my sister and me in a car, at the parking lot of a store. The key s are in the ignition and the driver’s window is down. A man in blue clothing and blue motorcycle kicks repeatedly another man on a motorcycle. The man looks towards the car and approaches it. I nervously call out, “mom!” Scared and in a hurry I try to close the window. I turn the key twice before it starts and then I am able to close the window. A figure, holding something, is outside the car. I nervously push the horn repeatedly. I see my mom trying to open the back, right-side window. I help her open it. The window goes down, but then closes again. I am confused and hurriedly try to open the window again. In amazement, I tell my mom what happened. She says, “No.” She tries to tell me her side. I tell her, “How can you say no? I saw it.” She smiles nervously and says, “Oh, yeah, you saw it. How can I say no?”
