crow/raven dream

Last night I had a dream and I would really like to know what it means, as I have been thinking about it all day. I dreamt I was in a bedroom (not mine) asleep in a bed (not mine still) with my boyfriend. A crow or raven kept flying in one of the windows (facing the bed) and so I asked my bf to close the window. He did. Then I awoke (in my dream about sleeping) to the bird sitting atop a dresser, crowing/squaking. I was wondering how it got in, as the window was closed, and somehow determined it was a ghost raven/crow. Then I put the pillow over my head and a bandana around my eyes, so that the bird would not attack me. All of the sudden it flew down, knocked off the pillow and started pecking at my eyes! I tried to scream for my bf to help me, but no words came out. I then awoke (in real life and in my bedroom) in a sweat and i was shaking like crazy! What does this all mean? Also, there was no light except for that of the moon out the window.

I think it was a raven because it seemed really big and i think a crow would have appeared smaller
