snakes ?

Well I dont remember how the dream started but the part that i remember was i was walking through a hall with one of my friends (the people in the dream are all familiar but i cant put names to it as it was like i never seen their face i just knew who they were) My friend was walking ahead of me and all of a sudden this green snake comes up from behind me a d jumps at me and like bites onto me and just stays there. I get scared and rip it off and asked my friend to get it away from me. The snake followed me still and again jumped onto me and bite me and held on. The bites didnt hurt it just scared me everytime. My friend told me there is nothing she could do and that the snake was mine and it will always follow me and bite me. So i locked myself in this bathroom and ended up locking the snake out and my friend just kept walking. This guy which i knew was in the bathroom. He was sitting in the bathtub underneath a blanket. I sat there on the floor terrified that the snake was going to get in and bite me again. I told the guy i knew to just take the snake and do something with it. He said something about its his dads fault and no and that he didnt want it and told me it was a part of me and i have to stop it. So the snake came in and instantly jumped at me, I grabbed something black, not sure what it was but something heavy and just started smashing the snakes head which was hard and had like a shell on it. Well, when i thought i killed it i told that guy to just get it out of there and i got up and ran out into the hallway. Right before I woke up i looked back and noticed the snake regaining its conciousness or whatever again and i was scared again. But the thing about it was that the more the snake followed me the longer it got. and everytime it would bite onto me and i would rip it off or whatever either lime green blood would come out or poison or something.

Snake means a hidden enemy like a jealous person and running away from him/her means you will overcome.
