Horseback Riding Dream

I recently dreamed that I went horseback riding with my girlfriend. She has never been horseback riding and I have not been horseback riding since I was young. She is afraid of riding a horse, so we have never gone.

In the dream, I had difficulty with the horse. It would walk a bit and then kept trying to sit down. My girlfriend's horse was moving fine. In the dream, I told the person who rented the horses that there was something wrong, but he implied that it was my concern.

Any interpretations?

What do you expect from a dream? You know that your girlfriend does not ride out, so you must have talkked about horseriding before this dream. Your subconscious using your experience of talking about it to wake you up. The misbehaving horse and the indifference of its owner gives the dream a bit extra waking powder!

I believe your dream is showing you that you are upset because you believe you should be advancing faster then you are in a certain area. You said your friend never went horseback riding out of fear...yet in the dream she is riding well. You on the other hand have experience riding...but in your dream you struggle. Is your friend progressing in an area that you feel you should be progressing more so then her? There seems to be an underlying emotion in your dream of jealousy. When you went to the person who rents the horses and tried to voice your concern...he told you it was your concern. If your horse was black means earning money from the government or a big boss, thehorse sit down means your salary will have problems.
But your gf will work as usual.
