Could someone see if they can interpret this?

So, I had an odd dream the night before last. I think it may have to do with the fact that I have been straining for a story idea, but I want to see what y'all think.

A girl of about 16 or 17 walked into a room, it felt like a living room, and she was looking for someone. I knew she was looking for her older sister. There was a picture on the wall but I only knew it was there, I couldn't see it. A few other pictures in frames were around the room on tables and shelves. There was a couch in the middle of the room with a low back in a u form. The girl found her sister, who was talking to their mother. When she approached, the mother stopped talking and the girl started talking to her sister. I did not hear any of the dialogue but I could tell at first the younger sister wanted to help plan her older sister's birthday party. The older sister was excited, but when she mentioned she wanted a stroller like in the picture behind them, the younger sister got extremely upset. She yelled at her sister and eventually left the room. Her sister followed. The older sister caught up to her on a hill outside. They began to talk, and the younger sister told a story. She talked about how she thought she was in love two years back with a 16 year old boy (she would have been 15. Though there were photos, marriage was like in Shakespearian times). However, the boy forced her to do things she didn't want to do. When she became pregnant she hid it from her family. She told them she was going to live with the boy, but really she stayed with a friend of the family and hid from the boy and her family. The baby was born, and, after a year, the girl returned home. She learned the boy had been killed in a war from his mother and used this as an excuse for coming home. She told her family she had found the child, afraid of what her mother might think and the dishonor it might bring her family. I also know that after a little while the mother had the baby adopted because she had a new child and wanted it to have a nice home. After the 17 year old finished her story her sister wrapped her in a tight hug, and told her that she would help her find her child. The 17 year old obviously loved it and didn't want it to be adopted. The dream faded into another there, so that's where it ended.

The only thing I can think of that would be significant to the dream is the fact that quite a few of my friends and I have this inside joke that I'm pregnant. I'm sorry, but that is all I am willing to reveal about myself, but I don't think anything else would be significant.
